These are pictures from our jeep tour provided by "Day in the West" in Sedona, AZ. Shari was our drive and guide and we shared the jeep with Lee. (Lee became a "local" to Sedona just last Friday, the 9th). Our tour started in the town of Sedona on the highway, proceeded onto a two lane country rode then to a dirt road and then to a trail. There were several "wow" or "whee!" moments as we "got air" as we flew out of our seats as the jeep went over ruts and bumps in the trail. And there were a couple of places where calling it a "trail" is being generous! The scenery was just beautiful and the weather was fantastic - clear and cool. Though riding in the back of an open-air jeep the cool turned to cold as the sun went down.
